Employee Relations
The Employee Relations course will work through all aspects of employee relations, laws, regulations, progressive discipline, workplace communication, delivering feedback, and, coaching and counseling. The training will consist of defining employee relations, 鈥渨hat-if鈥� scenarios and small group exercises.
